Lin He is the founder of Speechocean; since 1993, for more than 17 years, she has been working and research in the field of speech science. She is very experienced in speed data production. She led many large Government project and she is also directly involved in the project of over 20 languages.
She is currently a Member of Linguistic, Music and Auditory sense Committee of the Acoustical Society of China and also a Member of the Chinese Linguistic Data Consortium (CLDC)
Xianfeng Cheng (George) is a leader in the exploration of global business opportunities for Speechocean. He has led the company through a period of extensive growth, driven by data solutions and innovative services providing. George heads teams responsible for company strategy, market research, new business developing, international projects negotiation and sales growth for both licensable materials and services. He is also in charge of the Legal Affairs Department of Speechocean.
Before becoming the Businesse Manager, George used to be an experienced project manager for data processing projects in the fields of web page data labeling, text annotation, etc and has successfully undertaken a number of large projects for international clients.
George has a master's degree in law from the University of International Business and Economics of China (UIBE).
Ke Li manages experienced PM teams both at the head office and Speechocean overseas workshops. He is responsible for global projects of speech and linguistic research in over 40 languages and accents including speech data collection, speech transcribing and annotating, and pronunciation lexicon producing. He has successfully completed large international projects for Speechocean customers in over 15 languages. The superior quality, fast delivery, effective communication and efficient customer support of his team are widely acknowledged by Speechocean's international clients.
Li Ke holds Master's degree in Department of EE.at Tsinghua University and has previously worked in IBM China Development Lab as an voice product engineer for many years.
Yanli Gao manages a large team of project managers in both the head office and overseas workshops of Speechocean. She is responsible for global data processing projects. Her team provides services in data collecting, labeling and annotating, proofreading, analyzing and evaluating, both on data collected by Speechocean and data provided by the customer. Her team provides stable and long-term services for international customers and is able to meet their accuracy and dynamic requirements during the research and development of the application. All of the data processed by her team is used to improve machine learning algorithms, and in statistical models training and precision measurement of the product.
Yanli Gao has been a successful leader in the data processing department for more than ten years. Currently her team provides data manual processing services in more than 40 languages and covers many fields including webpage data labeling, image collecting and labeling, machine translation, data producing and proofreading, and text corpora producing and annotating (participle, entity, POS, Grammar and semantics). She has successfully completed many large projects and customers have widely acknowledged her and her team for their high quality of work and efficiency.
Yufeng Hao manages the department of Speechocean responsible for supporting tools development and technical support for project teams, recording environment building and adjustment, corpus designing in languages, technical support providing for clients with voice-related algorithms and module development, voice model training, language model learning, corpus design and evaluation, TTS and ASR system evaluation and testing service. His department has successfully developed many mobile and car recording systems and has established a multi-lingual evaluation and test platform for TTS.
Yufeng Hao has a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Southeast University and conducted post-doctoral research in the Computer Science Department of the University of Angers in France.
Rui Zhang holds a bachelor degree of Management of Business and Administration from Renmin University and heads the Financial Department responsible for the company's accounting management, financial reporting, pre-accounting, tax policy program making and etc. Besides she also runs the department of company human resources and administration and makes a comprehensive support to groups and projects of company
