The flow of designing committed database:

1. Please fill in the application form of committed database production in .doc or .pdf, and fax to +86-010-62650096.
2. After receiving your fax, we’ll send you the corresponding agreement via E-mail.
3. Two original agreements should be autographed. In order to deliver agreements rapidly, you can fax them in advance to HTRS, and then send out the two original agreements by express delivery to HTRS.
4. After receiving autographed agreements (fax or original agreements), HTRS will seal on agreements, issue the invoice of the first payment and fax them to you. Invoice includes all bank information.
5. You pay for the first payment of database via telegraphic money ordertelegraph. After we receive the money, HTRS will design the database according to your requirements.
6. When database is accomplished, we will send out the database, the consignment sheet, one contract and the invoice of the first payment by express delivery according to the address you provided.
7. Please check and accept your database within the regulated date. After that you pay for the second payment of database, and we will issue the invoice of your second payment after we receive the money.
8. After using the database, we will provide all necessary technological supports, and do the client satisfaction survey.
